By downloading, installing, or using Prism: Daily Insight Cards ("Prism", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Prism is a daily wellness app that delivers personalized insight cards, mood tracking, reflection journaling, and weekly insight reports. The App uses on-device artificial intelligence to generate content and stores all data locally on your device.
Prism offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
All subscriptions include a free trial period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Prism may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The insight cards, weekly reports, and other content generated by Prism are created using on-device AI and static content libraries. This content is intended for personal wellness and reflection purposes only. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
You retain all rights to content you create within the App, including reflections, intentions, mood entries, and photos. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Prism, its design, code, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Mete Koroglu. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
Prism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
Prism is a wellness tool, not a medical device. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mete Koroglu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or App deletion. We recommend enabling iCloud backup at the iOS system level to protect your data.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
